How to delete account if I own an organization and am the contract owner?

I want to delete my account but I can't because I own an organization and I'm the only administrator and contract owner. I created the account for fun, and I don't have a business. I also don't have any active subscriptions. I've already tried messaging people and contacting customer support but all I've gotten is links for how to delete my account even though those don't work for my situation. I wondering if someone who works at adobe can delete my account for me since I can't do it myself?

I know this is frustrating, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing this.

Because you’re the only admin and contract owner, the Delete account option isn’t available through self‑service. You’ll need to contact the support team for help. You can reach them via https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Please note that deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and content. You’ll lose access to Adobe apps and services, cloud files, purchase history, invoices, and all account settings.

Before deletion is possible, Adobe requires that you:

  • Back up any cloud files
  • Cancel all active subscriptions
  • Transfer or remove the admin role
  • Leave all associated organizations
