We got 8 Adobe Acrobat Standard licenses and using VMware Horizon View with linkedClone technologys. Each time we redeploy the desktops our users get a prompt to deploy the license key.

How we can fix this issue?

Thanks

Hi INES MAI,

The supported environment we have for Acrobat DC are listed here: Virtualization Overview — Enterprise Administration Guide

This is close, but does not show a method for App Volumes. This describes adding Adobe Acrobat to the golden image, which doesn’t work for me since I only have one TLP license and only one user that needs the software at this time.  With App Volumes I am able to assign per user, rather than having the software on all machines.  It is a separate .vmdk that gets attached to the virtual desktop on login, and integrates the additional software seamlessly to the user.

I think that Abhishek and I are onto something, if we can figure out a way to manipulate the customizations via the KHLM registry, I can add these customizations manually via the Adobe Acrobat Customization tool and apply them.  App Volumes does capture this area of the registry, but not HKCU or HKU.
