How to determine who our enterprise administrator is.

We are trying to determine who our company's Enterprise Admin is.

Most of the support contact links tell me to contact my Administrator for help, but I do not know who that is.

If I try logging into the enterprise support portal, I'm told I don't have access, contact the administrator.

We've got several different people or teams at the company who use Adobe products and we're looking to get a handle on this, we've also had a lot of turn over from the spring, so we're trying to sort this out.

Anyone have to work through something similar?

For any product, not only Adobe products, your company IT helpdesk should know that.

I am the main admin for a Creative Cloud for Teams license pool, and I have left via the admin console instuctions on who my users should contact, which is as of a company policy within my company the it helpdesk who will schedule the halp requests from users to the respective knowledge center.

If the person or team designated as the admin did not complete the note in the admin console, then you get a default response that is not helpful.

Our helpdesk would only know if we informed them of who was doing the product support and it seems that we have products split between a few groups. It seems that Marketing, Development and other teams have purchased products without any centralized plan for administration.

Fortunately Adobe messaged me with the name of the user who was listed as the account manager so we could try and clean this up.
