How to disable personal profiles on business accounts?

Users having personal and business profiles is really frustrating as the licenses dont carry over between accounts so we often get helpdesk tickets because a user has logged in under the wrong profile. As the personal profiles have no use for us how do we disable them for all of our users?

@Nathan29359256zpqh Personal ID is managed by the end-users, and Business ID has the authentication dependency on the Personal account. The profile picker prompt will come to those users who are added under different organizations or have a personal license.
