How to identify storage conflicts in Adobe Admin Console

Hi all, feel free to redirect this thread if this has already been answered.

This is in reference to this article: Manage storage conflicts (adobe.com)

From within Admin console, how can I identify users who are on "multiple organizations" and therefore have storage conflicts?

Thank you!

Hi @20001713 ,

You may download the CSV file from both Organizations, which will display the list of users in each organization. After that, you can compare the CSV files to identify duplicate users across the 2 organizations. These instructions are provided in the helpx document you mentioned. Could you please tell us where you were facing issues with the steps mentioned in it?

Please let us know if you need further assistance with the same.

Thank you for the response. So, to clarify, if we only have one organization ID for our organization (adminconsole.adobe.com/[ORGANIZATION ID]@AdobeOrg/users), and all users within the organization are under this umbrella, then there will be no storage conflicts?
