    Hi @prathamesh_7517,

Thank you for reaching out regarding your inquiry. It appears that you have an active Enterprise plan associated with the Adobe ID you used to post your query. I understand that you are looking to access an older version of Illustrator but are unable to locate it in the Creative Cloud App. Here are some recommendations to resolve this issue:

Contact Your IT Administrator: Since you have an active enterprise subscription associated with your Adobe ID, I recommend reaching out to your organization's IT administrator. They may have access to older versions via the Adobe Admin Console or through deployment packages. Your IT team can assist with the installation process. For guidance on contacting your administrator, please refer to this document.

    Download Older Versions Directly
If your IT team is unable to provide the required version, you can check Adobe's archive of older versions by visiting this link: https://adobe.ly/4fWY31c. Follow the instructions provided to download and install the desired version.

I hope this helps resolve your issue. Should you have further questions or need additional support, feel free to reach out.

    Regards,
    ^AN

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

    2. no other versions are available
