How to install old version?

I've attempted to (re)install Photoshop, but all I get is a "Not Compatible" option and no ability to install an older version. The documentation says "other versions" should be available in the 3 dot menu but I only have "Learn more" in the 3 dot menu. Is there something I'm missing?

If you're an enterprise customer and the apps (like Photoshop, in your case) are installed on your computer via a package, then there's an option that needs to be checked to allow you to install older versions.

You can see this documentation:

But note that it's for Admins in an enterprise so you may have to pass this on to an admin in your enterprise

Are you a paid user or wanting to use a trial? If it's a trial that you want, then I am afraid trials are only available with the latest version.

Yes that is the web page I was following. I don't have an Auto Update switch under apps under preferences either. And Photoshop isn't showing as an installed application.
