How to remove an organisation from Adobe?

I've seen this asked elsewhere, and there seems to be no answer. I set up what I thought was a user account to start a free trial. It now appears Adobe created an Enterprise/Teams Organisation for my business and attached my user account to that. I had to jump through hoops to cancel the free trial (because Adobe has actually removed the "Manage plan" button from the Plans page to force this), and now I find I can only delete my account from the Organisation, I can't remove my Organisation from the Enterprise? Except I'm sure there must be a way to do this, so can someone give me a link to how to do this? Or is it another case of fight support in chat for another half an hour?
