Question

How to remove my card details from my Adobe account.

I want to cancel my Adobe subscription plan, my subscription has ended and I do not wish to renew it. I have been getting lots of messages (from Adobe), and if the messages keep coming my money account might get blocked.

So how do I completely remove my card details from Adobe?

See here:

and here:

If you have trouble canceling, please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You can also contact Adobe by X (was Twitter):

Hi there,

As per your account details, there is no active or trial subscription associated with this email ID. Could you check if you have started a community discussion using your Adobe registered email address?

Let us know if you have any questions.
