How to reset password on account without associated cellphone?

I have an enterprise account associated with a specific employee's e-mail address. That employee was terminated. I attempted to reset the account's password, to access the account. However, the MFA associated with the account is tied to the terminated employee's cell phone. 

Is there some way to reset the password without access to that cell phone? Thanks in advance.
