How to set up EnterpriseIDs?
Hi,
we purchased CreativeCloud for Enterprise via VIP contract. I also got access to the admin console but I am not able to create EnterpriseIDs.
What went wrong? Did our reseller assign the wrong product to us? When I go to "view my account" I only see CreativeCloud for Teams which is definitly wrong. The reseller tells me, that he did everything he could. I can not believe this. There must be something missing from the part of the reseller.
Can anyone help?
