How to uninstall all old Adobe products (Migrating from Serial Licenses to Named User Licensing)

Hi all,

We're looking to migrate from Serial Licenses to Named User Licensing but I have found that when I install applications through Adobe CC it does not remove the old Adobe applications that were previously installed.

How could I remove ALL old adobe products prior to installing new applications through Adobe CC desktop app.

Hi there,

The following applications cannot be added to the uninstall package:

Creative Suite 6 and prior versions
Acrobat
Scout
Edge Code
Gaming SDK
Lightroom –all versions prior to 5.7.1
Muse – all versions prior to 2014.2.1
Reflow
Edge Inspect

Hi there,Please use the Creative Cloud Packager to build an uninstall package to uninstall the older versions of apps, to know more see: Uninstall Creative Cloud products.After this, you can refer to the Packaging User Guide to package and deploy your new apps.
