Apologies, I realize now that you are an enterprise customer. You will need to contact customer care. You should have received an email with your order number in it. Give the order number to the agent and they can look up the transaction.

I don't see any instance where you have purchased anything under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with that Adobe ID/email address before you contact our customer care department. We don't sell any audio for 199.99 so I'm perplexed as to what you may have purchased on the Adobe Stock website.

I did use the Adobe ID I am using right now to purchase, maybe because I purchased it less than an hour ago, so it is not showing up, because I checked and it is my school email under my account.

The extended license for that music truly is 199.99, under on demand.

Oh, did you mean the id I put in my post? That is the id for the product I purchased.

What does this have to do with Adobe?

Where did you buy the music?

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    phone:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

    twitter:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
