How to upgrade (buy) individual storage for teams for education?

Question

I'm on a creative cloud for teams for education plan with 100 GB of cloud storage and would like to upgrade by buying more storage. On this document https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/admin-guide.html/enterprise/using/storage-limit-cce-cct.ug.html it says that this was planned for later in 2020:

Will customers be able to buy storage, separate from a product seat, if necessary?

Creative Cloud for enterprise and teams customers cannot purchase more storage yet. Adobe is planning to make extra storage available for purchase later in 2020.

Now it is almost Q2 of 2021 but so far I have not found a way to upgrade my storage.

Does someone have some insights into this? Thank you!
