How to upgrade existing product with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager.

Hello,

Have 12 Citrix XA 6.5 servers with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 currently installed on them.

I want to upgrade to Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager.

For this I created a package with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager, but can not choose when creating this package to upgrade rather than a new installation.

Is this possible with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager? Or do I need to purchase another software (upgrade) version of PSE13?

Thank you verry much for your helpfull reply.

With kind regards,

Frank Jansen

    Frank,

You will be able to use the same software which you bought assuming that you bought volume license.

You need to create fresh install package for PSE 13 by following process as below:

Photoshop Elements 13 | Premiere Elements 13 | Silent Install and Deployment Instructions

    Thanks

    Hi Mandhir,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Have a Volume License.

The article you send I've already used to build package.

But what I can tell from your reaction is that I can only distribute a new installation, and no upgrade from PSE11 with Creative Cloud Packager, correct?

    Thanks.

    Frank,

You are correct you cannot upgrade with Creative Cloud Packager. You will need to create a fresh package.

    Cheers!
