Could you provide some more context please. All participants here may not be aware or well versed with the settings you're referring to, because the exact configuration setting depend on several factors, such as products, plans etc. If you could provide some additional information, where a setting should have appeared in the Admin Console it may be a little easier to help find the answers. A screesnhot will also definitely help.
