I am going to migrate from Device lic. to Shared device licenses soon. I am confused with the uninstall for the 2018 CC. Is the uninstall in the Adobe console or do I use my 2018 package to uninstall? Can I keep any older versions?

I am going to migrate from Device lic. to Shared device licenses soon. I am confused with the uninstall part of the process, Is the uninstall in the Adobe console or do I use my previous  2018 package to uninstall? I am uninstalling the 2018 CC right? Can I keep any older versions? I need to uninstall before I make a packager for the new shared devices 2019 right?
