Hi

I'm trying to install Illustrator CS2 as part of  Creative Suite (as I also need to install Photoshop now as it asked to uninstall it)

and the program has asked me to insert CD2 but it is a file which I have just downloaded...!

Help me please!

Sophie

    Hi,

Illustrator CS 2 is going to have problems running on Windows 8. Illustator CS6 is the first version supported on Windows 8 but I would recommend the latest CC2015.

Thank you. Thus is the program, Creative Suite CS2 completely unusable then? What about on a windows 7?

Would we have to buy CC2015? Or is it free?-as it is just an updated version of what we have already bought.

Also I think the main problem with the installation is it's saying the serial number is invalid. If we are unable to find it, is there anything else we can do to?

Also it if has been installed one computer, can it be installed on another?

I look forward to hearing from you,
