I am unable to generate with a specific partner and there is no popup confirmation modal. We have an enterprise account. Where do we go to get this?

    Hi @Anneke2721992336w3,

    Thank you for confirming. Please note that access to partner models may be restricted by your administrator through the Admin Console. I would recommend reaching out to your admin and asking them to enable access to non-Adobe generative AI models.

    They can follow the steps below:

    In the Admin Console, go to Settings > Asset Settings > Non-Adobe generative AI models.
    Use the toggle to allow or restrict user access to non-Adobe generative AI models within Adobe apps and tools.

    Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot. Could you please confirm whether you are unable to generate images using the Firefly Image 5 (Preview) model, or if the issue is related to the partner models?

     

    If the issue is with Firefly Image 5, please click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and check whether you still have premium credits available.

    If premium credits are available, please try the following:

    • Access Firefly in an incognito/private browser window
    • Connect your device to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, and try generating the image again

     

    Kindly try these steps and let me know if the issue persists.
