I can access Firefly on my District Login but not my Classroom Account

Hello,

 

I can access Firefly on my District Login but not my Classroom Account. I am logging into both accounts using Google single sign-on. I spoke with my IT department, and they said that Firefly is enabled. Why can I not access it in my classroom account? I want to show teachers how to use it in their classrooms, but I do not have access to my classroom account.

    your admin needs to trouble shoot that. ie, they need to enable firefly for the problematic account. if that's already done, they should contact adobe help.

    Is there a separate login for Education Enterprise administrators?

    i don't have insight into your account, but you stated you have two accounts.
