I can't download fonts with my Enterprise Plan!

I login to the Adobe website with my account that is linked to our Enterprise Plan. One page says you don't have a plan and are a free user - the next page says you have an Enterprise user!?

I just want to reinstall a font in Photoshop and it won't let me.

There's no phone number or email to contact... because you don't recognise my Enterprise plan!

You can be an enterprise user with or without a plan. Your enterprise administrator pays for plans, and can give them to you, or take them away. Without a plan, you cannot use most Adobe fonts.
