I am trying to re-download adobe acrobat 8.1.0 professional on my computer. When i get to the download e-license step I get a "Unable to connect to the internet" message. I tried downloading the e-license through different networks and I get the same message so it can't be the firewall. I first noticed this issue about two weeks ago and have not found a solution for this. Can anyone please help me. Thank you

Hello,

I was having the same issue. It looks like Adobe is no longer supporting Acrobat 8.

Here is a link to the knowledgebase:

"Activation server unavailable" error in Adobe CS2, Acrobat 7, and Audition 3

helped so far.

got Adobe ID, new key, downloaded and installed Acrobat 8.01.

Wonder what will happen next.
