I can't install any Adobe Software through Adobe CC on new MacBook Pro M1
A few weeks ago I received my belated new MacBook Pro and promptly migrated all my data across from my old 2015 MBP (everything worked fine on it). All the Adobe CC software came across. I soon noticed that I was unable to update any of the software. After looking around for a solution I have uninstalled All Adobe software with the Creative Cloud Uninstaller & then also used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
I then tried re-installing Creative Cloud, which was succesfull but can not install any of the individual software. When I click Install button I get "Waiting" which goes on indefinitely. When I click on Cloud activity on the top right I can see that – Updating Creative Cloud 0%, which never changes (I assume that Creative Cloud needs updating before any software can be loaded, but it never advances beyond 0%).
A few more things that may complicate the issue, I am a School Teacher (I teach secondary Technology) and I've been informed that I have access to Adobe on two machines, one work and one personal. I've been though my account and confirmed the removal of a personal computer in the approved devices BUT still can't get evidence that my current machine is approved. I've had someone from my School ICT department spend several hrs trying to solve the issue at school and still come up empty handed also.
I can effectively download and access Adobe Acrobat DC with my school SSO credentials on the MBP. Please help this has been an issue for days and I need access to InDesign ASAP.
