I can't manage storage, no storage tab.

Many members on my team are running out of storage with seemingly nothing in their Creative Cloud folders. In looking around the forum it is mostly suggested you can manage things by going to the "Storage" tab. But, I don't have that tab. I am the Admin for our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.

Could it be that users are running out of free storage because there are files in the Recycle bin and haven't been deleted permanently. See https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html

Users can also check how much Storage they've consumed. See https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html

The Enterprise Storage (via the Storage tab) is pooled storage and provides some flexibility. It can also provide admins some information storage utilization by the users at a high level. The upgrades are being rolled out gradually. You'll receive an email message about a month in advance when your organization is scheduled for an upgrade.

It seems that your organization is not migrated to the ESM (Enterprise Storage Model). Kindly contact your Account Manager/Reseller to get more details.
