I can't use firefly

Thanks for reaching out. As checked, I can see that you have an active Enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that you are not  the admin of this contract. You have been assigned a Creative Cloud All Apps Pro Student license by your admin.

Please sign out from your Creative Cloud desktop app and, when signing back in, choose the Work/School Account option in the profile chooser, as the license is assigned to your business profile.

Alternatively, you can log in to https://adobe.ly/4hnKQkh and, while signing in, select the Work/School Account option in the profile chooser.

Please try this and let us know if the issue persists. Additionally, let us know what error or issue you are encountering when trying to access the Firefly app.
