After checking your account, I can see that you previously had a Creative Cloud Pro plan associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. Please note that this plan has now been cancelled, and a refund has been initiated from Adobe’s end.
The refunded amount should be credited back to your bank account within the next few days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
