I cannot access my account or billing at all (Central IT)

Hi, a few months ago I used my educator Email to create a CC account with the educators discount. In the last month, the organisation I work for has "taken" this email and assigned it as a work privillage level account. This means Central IT have ownership of this account and I cannot use my Creative Cloud account, nor can I change or cancel it or change billing or other data. (I have paused payments as that is what my company told me to do...)

 

They advise me that they cannot do anything about it and to contact you but that is very difficult. Could you please help as I have been billed but cannot use this account! I would like to just perhaps chage to a different Email address and continue accessing the service on my current discount plan. Please help me Thank you

Your Adobe ID is connected to an e-mail, but you can sing in to the cloud and to your account independently. If you set up your account correctly, you have a second e-mail attached to that, and you have your phone attached to your account. With that, you can without any problem sign in and change relevant information.

 

Your story is at least confusing. I doubt that Adobe support can, without approval of the account holder (and that's the one, controlling the e-mail) change anything at the account. But you could try, by contacting Adobe support:

Yes my company have control of that account. But SOMEWHERE exists my payment details as adobe charge me but all my account settings have NO BILLING information or an ability to use the help feature...

I have no way of contacting adobe except by phone and I can imagine that won't be smooth or easy!
