I cannot access my account or billing at all (Central IT)
Hi, a few months ago I used my educator Email to create a CC account with the educators discount. In the last month, the organisation I work for has "taken" this email and assigned it as a work privillage level account. This means Central IT have ownership of this account and I cannot use my Creative Cloud account, nor can I change or cancel it or change billing or other data. (I have paused payments as that is what my company told me to do...)
They advise me that they cannot do anything about it and to contact you but that is very difficult. Could you please help as I have been billed but cannot use this account! I would like to just perhaps chage to a different Email address and continue accessing the service on my current discount plan. Please help me Thank you
