I cannot change or cancel my plan

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the admin console account. I have a package for all programs with cc for teams. My one-year contract ends this month. My account says I need to contact technical support to cancel or change my plan. However, I have no way to contact you, neither by phone nor by e-mail. I don't know who to contact about this. Please help.

Hi @defaultosae9kkawptw Are you the admin for the account? If not you'll need to contact your company Admin who can access the support tab as @kglad mentioned.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
