i cannot register our products in 'Mijn producten en services', the serial is refused.

we have a multi user license for Adobe Design Premium CS5.5 5.5 MLP and want to complete the registration under our AdobeID, 'Mijn producten en services'. We need this to update the products under this license. the serial is rejected, although it is valid, as it is accepted during istallation.

pls advice.
