I cant sign in to Creative Cloud

Question

Adobe CC prompts me to sign in to Creative Cloud, I click sign in, it loads, and then asks me to sign in again. I need help because I am trying to install adobe audition for school and because its for school, when I try to contact Adobe support I am unable to do so. I really need help, I dont know whats going on.
