Question

I changed organizations and I want to move my credentials to my new organizational account. Can this be done? How so? I have two certs and a few badges I don't want to lose.

I had an educational account for one school, but I changed schools/accounts and I want to keep my certs and badges-- like transfer them to my new school account.

    To help us figure out the best way forward, could you share a little more information about how you earned them?

    • Where did you earn the certifications and badges? For example, were they through exams taken with Certiport, the Adobe Certification Portal, or a course on a platform like Coursera?

    • If your badges are available on Credly, please let us know.

    • Are you still able to sign in to your old school Adobe account?

    Once we have these details, we can look into your options and let you know what to do next.

    I can verify the two I happened to download and save on credly but that’s it.  I am not able to sign into my own account.
