I could not validate my admin VIP

Dear Sir,

 

for the Covid19 restriction I could not validate my admin VIP.

It expired the 16 of april.

How can i ask for extend it for another month? from the 4th of May the officie will open again and we will be able to adtivate the profile and the licence.

I don't find a mail address to write for askind it.

Hi Edoardo,

 

Thank you for writing to us.

 

I have checked your Team account details and I see that the VIP Invitation was accepted successfully and the 2 Team licenses are assigned properly.

Now both Team users can open the Welcome email from Adobe  and click on the “ Get Started” link and start using the Creative Cloud products.

 

I hope that helps.
