I created a free account months ago but now the church I work for has the software how do I install it using there serial number?

If this is older software which comes on a DVD, then install from the DVD and enter the serial number when prompted.

Otherwise you can download your applications and install - this document provides further detail. You may not require a serial number but may need to sign in to the software with an Adobe ID which has the appropriate entitlement.
