I did not agree to subscribe for this!

Dear Sirs,

I clicked on your site for a free trial and on the same day cancelled it down as I did not want to go ahead with it as it wasn't something I needed and I didn't download anything either.  I did send an email to advise you of this but somehow you have continued to go ahead and take a monthly subscription out of my account when I cancelled and did not agree to any subscription whatsoever.  I have had to go and cancel this direct with my bank and advise this that I didn't agree to this and it was cancelled the say day I clicked on it and therefore please stop chasing for me a subscription which I didn't want nor agree to pay for.
