I don't have the config file within the OOBE folder.... [Branched & moved]

Tried all the 'fixes' but my staff still can't access their assigned apps

They don't have a Config folder or ServiceConfig.xml file?

Suggest you start your own discussion and give some specs (operating system) and details of what issues you are facing.

Its the same issue as being discused in the thread I posted in, do I need to start a new discussion with the same issue?

Abobe teams -> Giving rights to ID to a staff member with full admin rights 

ID isn't available for download - other than on a trial or purchase basis
