Carlosj92535207, I am sorry you are unable to contact our chat support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.  I do see that you have a Creative Cloud for Team membership.  Our chat support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html primarily helps individual users.  It is likely that the restrictions applied to the computer, by the organization you work for, is blocking your ability to establish a successful chat session.
