I have a new plan, but can't cancel my old one

I have bought a new plan of adobe and want to cnacel my old one, but I can't seem to cancel my old plan as it doesn't have a payment method and when I press manage plan I only get the option to add a payment method but I just want to cancel it.

Can I still cancel this old plan? How do I do so?

That means you have an Enterprise subscription. You will have to contact the administrator of that organisation to move forward. The following link might help to locate the administrator
