I have a pc that cannot ever access the internet but need to update adobe reader dc and adobe flash. can i accomplish this or do I need an active internet connection

I have a pc that cannot ever access (per government rules) the internet but need to update adobe reader dc and adobe flash. can i accomplish this or do I need an active internet connection

It's called "Sneaker Net".  It means that you download the updates on a machine that does have access to the internet and then copy the updaters to a Flash drive.  You walk the Flash drive to the location of the "air gapped" computer and plug-in the Flash drive.  Copy the installers to the hard drive.  Launch the installers as Admin of the machine and update the applications.
