I have a user who when you look at the Adobe portal it says they have the correct plan to be able to

I have a user who when you look at the Adobe portal it says they have the correct plan to be able to download Adobe Acrobat Pro however when they try to download it they get a message saying they do not get that product in the plan. How do I fix this

have them sign out of their cc desktop app and then sign back in using the adobe id you assigned and the correct profile.
