I have acrobat pro xi with a serial number but its not working after reinstallation on my computer. I saw that use an offline exception code can solve the problem. Can you provide with such a code and insructions?.
How is it possible to use Acrobat Pro XI. I have instalation and serial number, but after instalation on my computer the software doesn’t work. It is crashig after the opening the any of pdf files.
