Question

I have concerns about my call from Adobe

I also just got a call from the (408) 606-3892 phone number you referenced. She sounded slightly robotic and AI, and I was very weirded out. I had just gotten off the phone with Adobe Business customer service not 20mins prior, and this local number calls inquiring if I was able to get my question resolved.

It was unsettling as the speaker referenced some specifics on my phone call with Adobe, though there were small things not adding up. This is why I feel it is likely an AI scammer.

@test_test6563 I don’t see any recent support cases, but your subscription is managed by an organization. I will move this discussion over to the Enterprise & Teams Questions Community.

Please contact your organization’s Creative Cloud plan administrator to provide any feedback on the support they are providing to you, @test_test6563 .

You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html to review any active support cases from Adobe, if they are available.

Weird that there is no acknowledgement about the phone number both users reported being contacted by. My issue is not the case - open or closed. My concern was the local phone number reaching out that was unsettling.

I checked again, and there are no records of any interactions or any attempts by you to contact us in February, @test_test6563 .

Please make sure you provide this feedback to whoever is managing your organization's Creative Cloud plan, @test_test6563 .

If you were contacted this month, then it was not by anyone from Adobe under either of your accounts. Please bookmark https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html for information on how you can review your recent support cases.
