i have installed adobe creative cloud onto a windows 7 64x desktop pc with 8Gb ram - 500Gb harddrive - quicktime7.7... when opening Premiere Pro 2014 logged in as a network admin, the program open/loads fully. when logging in as a regular user on the same pc the Premiere Pro 2014 program start to open/ load until loading-importer quicktime.prm  ..the program stops and displays an error box "adobe premiere pro cc 2014 has stopped working", with 2 options 1)check online for a solution and close the program, 2) close the program..program is ok in admin user login. will not load in regular user login. please advise.
