I have installed apps using Creative Cloud in Windows10 but it does not show in start menu though it is visible in programs & features

Hello, please help me, I have installed Adobe Premiere Pro CC with using Creative Cloud, but how I can open the app?

1) I don't have option to OPEN in Creative Cloud.

2) Start Menu does not show the App.

But it is visible in Programs & Features that means it is successfully installed.

I tried it two times already but it did not work.

Start Menu shows another Adobe Products I have installed before but it does not show the new one which I installed by using Creative Cloud.

I have installed Dreamweaver as well by using Creative Cloud, it works well, it is available to open.

Please help me with the problem. I have attached an image please have a look. The image I have attached is merged image with two different images 1 is Creative Cloud Screenshot and the other one is Start Menu screenshot.
