I have no control over the library

Hi evryone,

I have a huge problem reguarding our workflow with the library

We are 100 people using evryday the CC in the same open space in our company.

The problem is that when someone is working with his library or import element from his library to photoshop for his work, if i want to open his .PSD file, photoshop prompt me with miss link. No way to modify any smart object imported from the other user's library.

I can't tell to my 100 guys to share each other library. Is there any way to integrate the library's element physically into the file instead of link?

What can i do ? i wish i have library control on the CCE dashboard to manage all of this.

what happen if someone leave the company, are the files lost ?

You can only modify elements that have been shared with you via the CC Library. For your options in doing this see

"When users are removed from a product configuration, they lose the entitlement from that product configuration. The storage allocation is immediately revised.  If users' storage exceeds the revised allocation, they cannot add new files, but they still have access to their existing files. Users need to delete files to free up space and get below their new storage allocation.

However, if a user is deleted, the files on the Creative Cloud storage are deleted and there is no way to recover them.

   

If Enterprise or Federated ID users are removed from product configurations that entitles them to storage and services, they are no longer entitled to storage. The files are available for 90 days, during which time users can download them. Uploading files is, however, not allowed, and the files may not be accessible after 90 days."
