I noticed your team is using multiple individual Adobe subscriptions. Many companies on similar setups end up with:

·          Multiple monthly card charges

·          Limited admin visibility

·          Higher per-user cost

    Hi @thomash99534457,

Thank you for flagging this, I understand how repeated or unexpected emails can be frustrating.

To clarify, these messages are sent by Adobe Account Managers to share information on benefits and plans that may help optimize and manage subscriptions more effectively.

Please let me know if this helps or if you have any more queries. I’m happy to assist.

    Thanks,
    BS

tbh, this checks all the phishing email boxes - it is urgent, the info is not complete (I got one that only included some of our individuals that have accounts), I don’t know this person nor have they ever been assigned to me, this “plan” hasn’t been offered in the 3 years we’ve been using it so very odd that it would suddenly be on the radar.   I was also skeptical and may not respond directly.

    Hi @wendy_9882,

Thank you for sharing this, and your caution here is completely reasonable. Being skeptical of any unexpected email, especially one that feels urgent or comes from someone you have not worked with before, is a healthy instinct, and we would rather you take a moment to verify than act on something you are unsure about.

While outreach from Adobe Account Managers is a legitimate practice, we would never want you to feel pressured to respond to a specific email that does not sit right with you. If you would like to review your subscription, plan options, or open a support case through a channel you know is genuine, you can always sign in to your Adobe Admin Console at adminconsole.adobe.com directly, rather than through links in an email.

If after reviewing the email you still believe it may be a phishing attempt, please forward it to phishing@adobe.com so our security team can review it. More details on reporting security concerns to Adobe are available here: https://helpx.adobe.com/security/alertus.html

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,

    ^BS
