I have two contract: adobe business and personal, how to merge?

in my company we have two contracts, one for adobe app (business id) and one for adobesign (personal id)

we have a lot of problems with the integration of personal and business.

is possibile to transform the second contract from personal to business?

after the migration i can move license from the first contract to the second

i opened more ticket with the assistance without success.
