Question

I keep getting "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications." while I connect Claude to Adobe

I was trying to connect Adobe to Claude and I got this error “Your organization does not allow access to third party applications.” then I checked my account, I found that someone has put my email in their organization. I revoked this and made sure my account is a personnal account here. but the error still is showing up. some internet investigations directed me to the issue that it might be stalled from the Adobe server side. I need someone from Adobe to help me clear this from that side so I can connect Adobe and Claude from my end.

the email i’m trying to connect is alihilli87@gmail.com.

Basically, this one.

Thanks,
AH

    thank you.

reset the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

then sign out of the cc desktop app

    restart your computer

    open the cc desktop app

if you’re prompted to sign-in, make sure you use the adobe id/password you used to confirm your adobe account showed an individual subscription.

if you’re not prompted to sign-in, use the desktop app to open one of your installed apps.  that should prompt a sign-in.  if it does not, let me know.

I deleted everything related to adobe, restarted my computer, installed things and logged in again and I’m facing the same problem

does your account show an individual subscription or something else, https://account.adobe.com ?
