I'm reinstalling a creative suite and it is saying my serial number is invalid

I'm reinstalling a creative suite (cs6) and I have the serial number (and it is also on the adobe site) but when I try to install it is saying invalid serial number- I have to work this weekend and can't wait until adobe waltzes in on Monday. Can anyone help me?
