Question

I’m unable to cancel my Adobe subscription because the cancellation page shows “An error occurred. Please try again.” I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices, but the issue persists. Please help me cancel my subscription. Thank you.

I am trying to cancel my Adobe subscription, but every time I attempt to do so, I receive the error message: “An error occurred. Please try again.” Because of this, I am unable to complete the cancellation process.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

  • Using different web browsers.
  • Trying Incognito/Private mode.
  • Clearing my browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Using a different device and internet connection.

Despite these attempts, the same error continues to appear, preventing me from cancelling my subscription.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and cancel my subscription from your end as soon as possible. Please also confirm once the cancellation has been completed and let me know if any additional information is required from me.

I look forward to your prompt response.
