I need help payment problem

  • Im student and i did pay for a membership to photoshop by my student email and i paid it, it was 9.99$ and it open perfectly but then one week later when i try to open it say start your free trial! I was shook i paid for it but i had to start the 7 days free trial because i need it that time and didn't have time to solve the problem please tell me what to do should i pay again!!!
